We want to make sure that you have the best possible experience at Elaine's Hair and Beauty Salon. Below you'll find some important information about our policies.
DEPOSIT
A minimum deposit of 50% of the cost of your treatment will be charged if you:

missed your appointment with us

are a new client
-
are booking online
-
are booking for an appointment that is complex colour correction or excessively time consuming, or as part of a course of treatments
Time Keeping
We will do our best not to cancel or re-arrange your appointments and not to keep you waiting once you arrive for your appointment. We really appreciate you doing the same.
If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service or treatment may be charged. If you fail to give any notice and do not turn up or give a valid reason for the no-show we may charge 100% of the service or treatment cost.
If you need to to cancel, please give us a call or use our online booking system. Please don't text, email or message on social media as we may not receive it in time, which my result in a cancellation charge being applied.
